"The beach view was idyllic and the lagoon view was equally serene. The staff was friendly and attentive. The suite was very clean and well maintained as was the indoor pool and spa. The only issue we encountered was a very leaky faucet in the kitchenette - but everything else was excellent."

"Place is clean. Great Amenties. Staff very friendly. It took 26 minutes to check in due to multiple people having issues w/Expedia & being canceled sent to other hotels. there was not one luggage rack available at 7 PM and I have a disability. I’m over 50 years old. I was moving. I didn’t feel good and I had just done 8 miles worth of moving. I wanted to lay down immediately.- "

"For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing. "

"The room is small and the bathroom is smaller. It is fine for a no frills quick overnight, but not what I expected from a Hilton property. I had not heard of Spark brand before, and now I know. "
