Nice Hotel, Poor Management and Inconvenient Stay

Overall, my stay was just okay. There was only one working elevator in the guest tower, which was a huge inconvenience throughout my visit due to the high volume of guests coming and going. I requested additional towels but never received them. While the hotel itself is nice, it seems to be poorly managed. There were stacks of boxes at the front entrance, which created an unpleasant first impression each time I walked in and out. On a positive note, the hotel did offer evening activities for a small fee, which was a nice touch and added some entertainment options during the stay.

Great hotel option in a very walkable area with several restaurants close by. Driving distance to local stores. Very quiet neighborhood at night although the hotel itself is not so quiet. You can hear everyone in the hallways and adjoining rooms. Plenty of free covered parking.
