"The whole 3 nights were so easy and chilled. Then a fantastic breakfast every morning cooked and served by Larry. Larry is such a welcoming host .nothing too much for him and a weakth of local knowledge. Cant wait to rerurn in the summer. We had a family room and was very spacious and clean all in pine to keep the charm of this rustic farm manor house . Definitely return !"

"The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was lovely, we had breakfast everyday and had a few evening meals 10/10. The hotel was also central for the town the bus and train station should you wished to go off to Belfast or Dublin for the day."

From the warm welcome on arrival, to the spotless and beautiful huge room through to the freshly baked bread, pancakes and bacon for breakfast that had us full right through to our evening meal, I literally couldn't fault a thing. "Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."
