"Location"

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"The reception is very helpful, the room is good, worth the money. Breakfast is average. Take about 7 minutes walk from train station, maybe not suitable for those who have many bags. Overall it's ok, as the Swiss's hotel standard."

"Very old outdated property, short staffed located 3 miles up on the hills using one winding road to get there. the bus came once every hour and dropped off at West train station. I had to take another bus to get to Ost train station where the city center was located. unless you are 7 ft tall the bath tub was high and dangerous to get in and out. the ceiling was angled and slopped low above the bed."

"Good View. Many hotel facilities provided such as Fitness Room, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool with warm water. Cons: is just breakfast has very limited choice, no hot sausage, bacon, or any others."

"Beautiful hotel, but you are given 1 towel and sheets are only changed once every 7 days. Getting an extra towel was $20 USD. Other than that is was great."
