"The staff was phenomenal 20/10, they have a Starbucks inside which is always a plus, convenient valet service with no wait. They made sure every request we had was met, we will stay here from now on."

"The hotel is very nice and has been renovated in the last few years. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous. The only thing I had an issue with were the bathroom fixtures which didn't work very well. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very good also but the buffet area is too small for a hotel this size"

"All aspects of our stay were excellent. The front desk employee — Cydnee — was super warm, friendly and professional. She even offered us us fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies! Yum! The room was spotless and very quiet in the evening/early morning hours. The breakfast & coffee were good, and checkout was simple and expedient. Thank you for a lovely stay. 😊"

"My family and I stayed for 1 night. We appreciated the big room space, cleanliness, and pool access after driving 10+ hours. The bed was not as comfortable as other reviews mentioned and need to be replaced. I also saw the receptionist hand one client a bag of bottle water but did not offer us any. She wasn’t very welcoming either but did her job to check us in. Breakfast options were decent."

"Easy in and out to park close to the door we needed. Signage easy to spot from the roadway. Handy Starbucks in the lobby as well as a shop with need it right now items Fantastic plaza across the street with middle eastern restaurants. Very easy access to main roads. This will be our go-to lodging for future trips to Richardson and Garland."
