"I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a full kitchen with a gas stovetop. Instead, I was given a room with only a kitchenette. As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method."

"The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. About 10-15 min walk to the harbour."

"Ac worked,, there were fans in each room of the cabin. Bedrooms wre clean and although the decor was dated..it worked for what we needed. (We had some elderly people with us and they loved it) Bathroom shower was loose however it worked and we were greatful it had 2 bathrooms in it. The windows had cool features in them as well."

"We recently stayed at the Harbour house for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location. We could walk everywhere. Rooms were very nice and clean and staff were friendly. The laundry facility was an added bonus."

"It was a clean room, with easy access to the harbour of the city. There were no wow factors for such a well known hotel. No lobby coffee, nothing special waiting in our room. We overlooked a roof which was not a very nice view for having booked so far in advance, and the room is super small."

"The entire hotel was under construction. We were not informed. To get to our room we had to walk down a flight of stairs, walk through an underground tunnel, go up an elevator and walk to our room. Because of the renovations, the breakfast bar was converted into two apples, two muffins and rice Kristy bars in our room. Also the pool was under repairs for the first night of our stay. Would definitely have booked another hotel had I been informed. However the staff were lovely and the location...
