Al hacer el check-in la persona encargada, queria cobrar extra porque la reserva se hizo por medio de expedia con el argumento de que la app no reflejaba el costo real del alojamiento y que por el pago se hizo en dolares. La higiene del hotel pesima se encontro un raton el habitacion, por esta la razon se decidio no pasar la ultima noche.

La habitación que nos asignó el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, oscura calurosa con telarañas y con hongos en el baño, con un sofá plástico y ruidosa por qué daba al parqueadero, nos asignaron la peor habitación de la propiedad cuando habíamos reservado superior con balcón y aire acondicionado
