"They did an excellent job. Gourmet breakfast on the patio right outside our room. When we had a request, they did everything they could to help us. It is located inside the old walled city. Lots of history and things to see. They made our stay very memorable."

"Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are noisy as you can literally hear conversations, particularly if people are on their balcony. They compete with music from local restaurant which stops before midnight. Bring ear plugs or maybe hotel should supply! However I question it being 4* - no robes to use. Finally found slippers. No tissues, haircomb or hair conditioner. Shower good but small. Breakfast basic - the ingredients seem poor quality. I asked for an omelette but no, not available. Fried sausages, fried & boiled eggs, fried bacon & chips. Heart attack food. Just sliced white bread - no artisan breads. Some pastries baked off from frozen and who eats cooked carrots for breakfast! Dining staff could be friendlier. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to the right of the hotel. Location ok ish."
