We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Had a lovely Easter break - got upgraded to a swim up beachfront suite which was incredible! The staff were all really kind and welcoming, special shout out to Kiki at the Sky Bar / Blue Bay Restaurant! All the meals were great with lots of variety, great pools and bar areas, and the nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful as well.

We decided to stay at Alantica in Kolymbia for our honeymoon. From the first greeting til our last day at the resort, the staff made us feel super welcome and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Food was brilliant, we went all inclusive and there was lots of variety each day. The room was just perfect, very clean with beautiful views and all the facilities you could need during your stay. Staff were always attentive and helpful. The resort has it's own restaurants and bar which was really handy. We had the most amazing honeymoon in general and hope to return in the future!

Lovely hotel, clean with great facilities. Staff were oolite friendly and attentive. Lively pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Nice beach right in front of the hotel. The only slight niggle was that there were very limited sunbeds on the beach that were occupied very early so we never managed to get a day on the beach, it was however so close to the pool area it was only a short walk from the pool sunbeds to swimming in the sea. Good entertainment program both day and evening, yoga most mornings was fantastic.

From arrival to check out, the service provided in this hotel was incredible. Particularly, the restaurant staff were so efficient and always very attentive. The buffet always had a great selection and was always of a high quality. Kolombya itself didn’t have much open in April, but you could easily not leave the resort. We will certainly be returning.

The Atlantica Imperial had everything we needed and wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff are amazing, always service with a smile. We elected for half board dining and we enjoyed every delicious meal. The quality and choice of food was first class. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was just right for a great nights sleep. They have different pillow options should you require a softer or harder pillow. Will definitely consider a return in 2025.

We had a fabulous experience in a swim up room. We were upgraded on arrival to the ‘residence’ area which had the red carpet experience included. This seemed to be mainly around breakfast location (quieter and smaller restaurant in residence area) and mini bar contents - both of which were excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were incredibly kind and funny. In general the food was amazing with a fab selection, I was hesitant before arriving due to a few reviews I read! Ginger was the best restaurant in the resort - the ceviche was amazing!

I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst enjoying holidays.

Excellent...apart from room and reception staff

Experience outside of the room was fantastic. Food was incredible and the staff in the bars and restaurants catered to your every need. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room for half of our trip and none of the receptionists took our concerns seriously. Our bedroom light didn't turn off at night twice so we had to go and visit reception for them to fix it at midnight, as our phone wasn't working so we couldn't contact that way. Our fridge was also warm, so the drinks that we had bought from the shop (we were not all inclusive) were not pleasant to drink, and the chocolate we put in it melted. Again, no staff listened to us and just told us it was a consequence of the fires on the island. However, no other guests were experiencing any of this so really was just a room issue. We were only taken seriously when we said we wanted to move rooms. Shame that we spent so much money for lack of comfort for half of our holiday.

Such a lovely hotel and a wonderful welcome on arrival complete with a room upgrade. Everything about the hotel we could not fault.

Everything was as expected from a five star hotel,the staff extremely polite and friendly, the service was excellent so was the food. could not find anything negative about the hotel nor the area. Few swimming pools, spa. Highly recommend and will certainly return.
