The location is wonderful with lots of forest surrounding the hotel. Great walking trails. It was an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here because it was close to a customer of mine. The restaurant (Magnolia) had a terrific breakfast and dinner was great also. Didn’t need to run all over for quality dining. I would have like air conditioning or screens on the doors. Did get a mosquito bite or two.

Everything was good.. There is only a thing that bothers me.. I’ve heard the steps above doors clap in and people walking for the corridor all over friday night.. The other 2 nights it was more quiet.. Kind people in front desk and at the restaurant.. I think that the breakfast is very good.. Excelent bread!!

Super war das Personal , sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch Gut . Leider war unser Zimmer im 3 Stock wo auch kein Aufzug hinfährt. Das Zimmer an sich war eher wie ein Zimmer was man kaum vermittelt . Schimmel im Bad, sehr staubig und die Möbel waren etwas kaputt.

Mooie locatie, een oude lift met charme. Ondanks dat het een oud pand is was de kamer "modern". Tijdens mijn verblijf deed het warme water het niet. Na een lange rit en s ochtends weer bij tijds op moeten was een koude douche niet erg welkom. Tijdens mijn incheck (en de was rond 22u) is mij dit niet medegedeeld. Beetje jammer!

Het was erg storend dat de kamer boven de rookplek lag. Het raam stond bij binnenkomst open en het leek alsof er in de kamer gerookt was. Vanwege de warmte moest het raam open blijven. Tot laat in de avond en alweer vroeg in de ochtend overlast ondervonden van pratende rokers onder het raam. Slecht geslapen hierdoor. Jammer want het was een verder een prima hotel.

Wir haben uns extra abgemeldet das wir ungefähr um 0 Uhr einchecken im Zimmer waren wir leider erst um 3 Uhr. Da da Self Check in nicht ging und jede Telefonnummer und Ringbell nicht funktionierte. Auch WhatsApp nicht. Durch dofen Zufall habe ich mir jeder Karte die da lag die erste Tür aufbelommen. Dann war an der Rezeption eine Telefonnummer von der Security die habe ich dann endlich erreichen können und eine Stunde später kam einer von der Security kontrollierte die Personalien und hat uns mit einer General Karte in ein Zimmer gelassen. Dann morgens um 9:45 ging ich zur Rezeption und erklärte die Situation leider wusste die Dame von nichts. Wollte dann die Kur taxe und schlug vor als wiedergut machung Frühstück zu bekommen bis 10 Uhr leider waren wir aber noch nicht fertig weil wir ja erst um halb 4 schlafen konnten statt 0 Uhr. Eine Erstattung oder separates Frühstück wäre da besser angekommen also diese 15 Minuten buffet. Daher haben wir es nicht in Anspruch nehmen können. Sonst ist es ein schönes Hotel mit viel Technik und schlechter Hilfe wenn man nicht zur normalen Tageszeit anreisen kann. Deutsch Kenntnisse super hatten keine Probleme

Apart from being a great little hotel, with wonderful staff, delicious food and a good location, it has a zoo immediately behind it. I could hear some of the animals from my room, which was delightful.

Er stond niet goed geregistreerd dat ik betaald had. Hele discussie gehad. Verder was niet bekend dat ik 2 aparte bedden had gevraagd, dus ik had 1 bed. Geen uitleg over ontbijt tijden etc. Staat van de kamer is oubollig en wat vervallen...schimmel bij het raamkozijn. Het enige wat comfort was aan de kamer is het bubbelbad. Verder simpel en niet luxe.

Net en leuk hotel,voorzieningen netjes op wat vieze vlekken na op het tapijt in de kamer. Incheck verliep snel en vriendelijk, ontbijt ook goed.

De receptioniste schreef 3 maal het kamerbedrag af van mijn creditcard, zonder dit aan mij te melden, en dit werd pas verteld en hersteld bij het uitchecken. Een fout maken kan gebeuren, maar meld dit dan meteen aan de gast. Verder vond ik de kamer 206 erg koud, en was ook niet warmer te stoken.

'n Buitengewoon goed en aangenaam hotel dat ik iedereen kan aanraden. De ligging is goed en aantrekkelijk, zo op de Grebbeberg. Veel te doen in de directe omgeving: fietsen, wandelen, oude plaatsjes als Amerongen bekijken. De ligging nabij Rhenen en de grote rivier. Exellent hotel, goede sfeer, goed personeel ook en een goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Hoop er nog regelmatig terug te komen !
