Samir did his utmost best to accommodate our request for a slightly earlier check-in as our flight arrived very early. Breakfast was fantastic!

After tried several different places around KEF airport, I found this property and stayed for 2 nights. It is the best! Great services, super clean, quiet, convenient, shuttle bus is always on time, and a small restaurant inside of the hotel with very good food. The front desk manager, Sandra is exceptionally helpful, kind and professional. I will for sure be staying in this property on my next trips to KEF.

The breakfast was good and the staff nice. The room did not have hot water. We were told to many people were using it at the same time. That’s a problem. The lighting in the room/bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. There was no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, no wash clothes and no bath mat. The room is updated, however, it felt cold and not welcoming. There were night stands but they didn’t hold a needed medical device. Lastly, most charging outlets were not in logical areas to plug in electronics - had to put them on the floor.

Für die 1 Nacht super, jedoch war eine ruhige Nacht nicht möglich. Vor dem Hotel war ein Gerät was sehr laut war

Il personale della reception e del ristorante molto gentile e disponibile. Il servizio navetta aeroportuale è solo per andare da albergo a aeroporto e solo al mattino, purtroppo avevo frainteso e ho dovuto pagare il taxi per raggiungere la struttura (circa 35euro).

Un bon hôtel proche de l'aéroport
Un bon hôtel à quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport. Facile d'accès, avec des commodités proches, en tout cas en voiture. Nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel au dîner et au petit déjeuner. C'était bon, même si les quantités auraient pu être plus généreuses pour le dîner. La chambre était grande, joliment aménagée et moderne. Malgré un environnement très calme, le seul défaut pour nous était l'isolation phonique qui laissait vraiment à désirer. Ce défaut est gérable en temps normal, mais devient vraiment gênant si les voisins ne sont pas respectueux des autres.

KEF layover
The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was very bountiful and offered many choices. Airport shuttle to the airport was a great convenience but the hours are limited.

It's very short bedtime I was very surprised at how much I liked this hotel. The front desk staff are very kind like the above and beyond type. When we were checking in the fella at the front desk checked us in kind of hasty because he was so excited that the northern lights were finally visible for some guests who had been staying all week and kept missing them. He literally checked us in and then ran away from the desk to go find that family so that he could help them see the Northern Lights behind the building. It was the nicest thing! I got to talking to him a little bit each day and he seemed like a gem. The takeoff Bistro was okay, but didn't offer a lot for vegetarians who are allergic to mushrooms. And by that I mean absolutely nothing unless you want to pay the same amount and then take the meat off of something which was kind of a bummer. I didn't love that the hotel is in a hotel park so there's nothing really walkable nearby but it was such a comfortable space.

Das hotel bietet shuttelservice an, aber nur vom hotel zum Flughafen. Das ist aber nirgendwo erkennbar. Nach mündlicher Einigung, dass das Hotel für die die Shuttlebus bezahlt, war Vorort keine Rede mehr davon. Sehr enttäuscht und unprofessionell.

This hotel should be booked only if you are stuck and just need a shelter! 1. The bedrooms are not heated. It is cold 2. There is no functioning TV channel working. No news like BBC, CNN, Sky, Aljezira etc 3. The bedroom telephone to access the front desk, room service or housekeeping does not work 4. The options on the restaurant menu are limited
