I was checked into a dirty room. I found someone dirty drawls on the desk chair when I pulled it out to sit in. And also not the room I had reserved to begin with. Beds are not queen sizes as described they are fulls.

Stayed here when visiting BYU Idaho. Good breakfast in the morning. Some dining within walking distance. Rooms were clean, well equipped, and quiet. Would stay here again when visiting Rexburg.

This is our 3rd time staying here and the rooms are huge for a family. We love everything about the hotel except the flimsy plastic toilet seats that shift while using them and give the illusion that you are about to fall in the toilet.

I liked the very helpful and courteous staff. It was clean and well-maintained. The management finally agreed to move me after the first night due to too much noise until 11:00 or 11:30 that night. The information on bath or only shower was not correct. We also booked it because there was a hot tub, but there wasn't one.

Traveled with kids … loved the breakfast.. the suite was perfect very spacious…. Wish there was a hot tub .. if u click on directions from Expedia it takes you somewhere else but I typed in th address and found the place … will definitely stay again

All was very good except that the shower pan was slippery. As I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell completely to the floor. Thankfully I was not hurt. The shower pan was slippery over all and I had to be especially careful throughout my whole shower. There was a grab bar on the far side of the shower that could only be reached by getting all the way in. There was nothing to hold onto on entering the shower. Being 72 years of age, those things are significant. When I reported the experience to the receptionist, I was informed that the shower was up to code. If that is the case, it is scary.

Every staff person was amazing and kind. Aiden was especially helpful. The location is just on the outskirts of town, but I was still able to walk to some places. There is a nice place to eat right next-door, as well.

Second time staying here. Second great experience! Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. If I have occasion to be in Rexburg again, I will definitely stay here again. They also reinstated pre-Covid housekeeping again. Thank you for two great visits!!

Checking in was a nightmare. Hotels.com had to call twice to the property to have them receive the reservation. Front desk staff were not very helpful.

Relaxing in Rexburg
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and a great size, the shower was amazing (best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel), but there was only shampoo in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Instead, there was a bottle of body lotion. Also, there were some leftover goldfish crackers in the heater that were missed by housekeeping (obviously put there by some mischievous kids, lol). They were very pet friendly as well; I have two dogs I travel with, and they made sure I was in a room that had easy access to an outside door. Unfortunately, the bed was far too firm and the pillows far too soft.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. The pool is tiny though, don't trust the photos. The check-in was very frustrating. The hotel/Orbitz sends you a message ahead of your check in stating that you need to use the Hilton app to get a digital room key. This doesn't work. Once you get to the hotel, you will still have to go to the front desk to check in. The agent at the desk said the digital key does not work for Orbitz reservations, and they have no access to the info since the app is not connected to them at all. A frustrating process.

We come here periodically as it's the halfway point for a very long trip to see family, and each time we come here it's an absolute delight. The front desk staff are very courteous. They are quick to point out facilities, available amenities, and they have a pleasing smile. The pool is well maintained. The parking lot and surrounding property is about as well maintained as it gets, the asphalt has no excessive cracking or potholes, the parking lines are recently painted, and the nearby restaurant has great food at good prices. The rooms are clean, we can't find any dirt on the carpet and the linens always have a fresh smell. The bathroom mirror is always spotless, and the bathroom smells clean. My son who's in his late teens and travels often made the remark "this is the nicest hotel I've been in, in like two years". Off the top of my head I don't know what other praise I can heap upon this place, but we always have a positive feeling whenever we stay here.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The staff is very nice too. The place was clean. The morning breakfast offerings were good. However, I was totally disappointed with the mattress quality for this caliber of a hotel. We didn’t sleep well at all our entire stay.
