This hotel is beyond gorgeous, relaxing, and goes above and beyond! Everyone is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. The second you walk in you are greeted and shown around the property and treated like royalty. The breakfast was amazing and we had dinner there one night, which was also extremely delicious. Cocktails were strong and delicious and the beach is super nice and relaxing with attentive service. It is also close to the town… I forgot jewelry in the room upon checkout, and they made sure to let me know immediately and are able to coordinate having it mailed back. Thank you Uzenie!!!

Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up their office so he could work there, we moved rooms as we decided to upgrade to a pool suite - they remembered that we wanted extra pillows and they arrived without us asking for them. They checked every night that we were happy with the fish at the buffet dinner (also amazing) and prepared something separately if we asked for it. Breakfasts also excellent - good coffee, amazing fresh fruit and pretty much anything you could want. Everyone who works there seems to really care about the well being of the guests and invested in ensuring you have a good time. The rooms are immaculate - comfortable beds, we loved having our own pool. Main pool area and beach are also lovely with plenty of the best sun loungers I have ever experienced. I also made use of the spa and had a massage and facial - highly recommended. If you are looking for rest and relaxation in a beautiful environment with amazing staff - look no further. And don't miss the sunsets on the beach every night is different!

Das Uzenie ist für uns eines der top drei Hotels, in denen wir bisher weltweit waren. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und schafft dadurch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Das Essen war erstklassig und man sitzt beim Essen 50m vom Meer entfernt mit Blick auf einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Botique-Hotel wurde 2025 eröffnet und somit ist alles sehr neu, luxuriös, sauber und technisch auf dem modernsten Stand. Wir durften 2 Stunden früher in unser Zimmer und 2 Stunden länger im Zimmer bleiben, ohne Extrakosten. Vielen Dank an das ganze Uzenie-Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. Kommen jederzeit sehr sehr gerne wieder in das Hotel und auch in die Gegend rund um Rhytimnon. :) + :)

Einfach traumhaft – wir kommen wieder! Unser Aufenthalt im Uzenie All Suites Boutique Hotel war einfach wunderschön! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total willkommen gefühlt – das ganze Team ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt wirklich, wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft hier drinsteckt. Das Hotel selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück: sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit einer warmen, entspannten Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer (Spa Retreat) war ein Traum – sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem tollen, bequemen Bett und einem privaten Pool. Auch das Essen war jeden Tag ein Highlight – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang am Meer – einfach pure Erholung und Romantik. Der Strandbereich mit den bequemen Liegen und der Service direkt am Platz sind ebenfalls top. Und wer ein bisschen Wellness möchte: Die Yoga-Stunden am Morgen und die Klangschalenmeditation am Abend haben unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber ideal für Ausflüge, und es gibt kleine Cafés und Tavernen in der Nähe – perfekt, um auch mal etwas anderes zu entdecken. Zwei kleine Wünsche für die Zukunft: Ein etwas komfortablerer Bereich zum Gepäck abladen und im Bad ein bisschen mehr Ablagefläche wären noch schön. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten in einem sonst perfekten Urlaub. Unser Fazit: Ein traumhaftes Hotel, in das wir auf jeden Fall wiederkomme
