"Eu amei a estadia, mas amei principalmente o restaurante. Todas as refeições são maravilhosas, foi o melhor restaurante de hotel ou resort que já frequentei. Não tem tanta variedade, quanto em resorts, por exemplo, mas tudo é deliciosamente preparado, um sabor inigualável. Os funcionários da Cozinha foram extremamente atenciosos com todas as refeições do meu bebê. A recreação também é excelente, a minha filha de 8 anos aproveitou bastante. É um ótimo hotel para famílias. Eu recomendo e pretendo...

"O quarto segue o padrão das redes concorrentes, porém a limpeza deixou MUITO a desejar: o box estava com cabelos no azulejo e bastante sujeira e bolor no dispenser de sabonete líquido. O café da manhã até tinha boa variedade, mas as loucas estavam sujas. Peguei uma faca, suja, troquei por outra que tambem estava suja. Os pires com sujeira e restos de aliemntos grudados. Não se tratava de uma mancha de gordura ou algo "passável", mas de sujeira incrustrada e visível. Além disso não havia toalhas...

Para piorar, na quarta-feira nem um pingo d água quente.
Piorou na sexta-feira, pois sequer água fria havia, quiçá quente.
Demais disso, o pessoal age como se fosse um problema isolado no quarto em que estava hospedado, sendo que havia muitos outros colegas meus de trabalho (estivemos num evento corporativo) hospedados que reportaram o mesmo problema."
