"We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. "This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. "
"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "

"Another good stay. Well organised, clean and good food at reasonable prices. Only downside was that, on one of the hottest nights of the year so far, the aircon wasn’t enabled and so a hot, sticky night ensued. But a nice place to stay and Lichfield itself is a good place to visit. "
"Lovely hotel with a great outdoor area. I stayed solo as I had a spa day locally the following day, was a great single room and would definitely stay again. "
