"Staff were excellent"

"This was our third trip to the Plaza and it was better than the last! We stayed in the biggest room and it was well worth it! The tub was giant and overall the room just felt so romantic. We appreciate the staff so much they are all so incredibly kind and helpful. I do wish however the bar was open Friday-Sunday because we were really looking forward to trying new things from the menu. Thank you for another great stay"

"Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel."

"Great hotel we definitely coming back"

"Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door."

"Check in was a breeze I love that the rooms have a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. I do wish the coffee in room was a little better but Starbucks is right down stairs. I will definitely stay again!"

"Some hotels say they are dog friendly but this place really is! They had a little gift bag for my dog that had a poop bag holder with bags, a toy, and a small portable water bowl! Plus there is an amazing dog park right across the street!"

"The staff is amazing"

"I',m just blah about everything"

"I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho"

"Goodl k"

"There was box elder Beatles on me when I woke up. There was a few dead ones on the bathroom floor and the batteries in the tv remote were dead."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
