"Arrived from UK at 11.30 pm. Reception was closed, but we had warned them. No one there, we had no phone, had to rely on another guest to help get a room. Was all sorted outside in dark. Room was at the back. Steps up to room were in poor condition. Concrete but no paint left on them. Got wet feet as rain stays on them. Room was clean, but carpet had stains on it.
