The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. The room was huge! The breakfast great! Staff so friendly and area very nice! My only issue were the beds. They were low to the ground and not comfortable. After a long drive you need comfie beds and sadly they were not!

The facilities were exceptional for the cost. My only 2 complaints were the blankets were rather light and didn't provide much warmth, and there were moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Everything else was great and I will stay there again next time I visit Fayetteville.
