"One night stay to do a parkrun nearby in Glasgow and had a good night at this hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little warm. The on site gym is good and the buffet breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We paid an additional £20 as we had our dog with us and we left the room spotless so not sure what the extra charge is for. With free parking and free WiFi also included the price is otherwise good value for this...

The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me. "I stay at the Parklands Hotel every year when working in Glasgow, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Lovely hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast."

Didn't have the cleaner in our room while we were there, but I did ask the staff on the reception if we could have some tea coffee and milk.. she bought these items up to our room.. The cooked breakfast we had on our first day, the second day we was told the chef wasn't in that day. The third day, we had a full breakfast, but it was cold !! Not very good, either.
