Our first visit was a year ago during the month of October. It was a perfect visit. That is the reason we decided to come back. This time we visited Madrid at the beginning of April. We were surprised how hot the room felt. I think the AC was not on and the only option was to open a window. We were a little bit disappointed about this. There is a lot of traffic noise at night in that part of the city so having the window open was not easy. One of the main reasons we picked up this hotel was transportation from and to the airport. We were disappointed to find out that the transportation from the hotel to the airport was not free and we had to pay $5/person (we were three people). Considering the price of the hotel, this service should be included. "
