"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.

"We really liked this hotel. It felt very traditional Bavarian. We wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived late and had an excellent dinner. Unfortunately the kitchen closed at 8pm and we could not get the desert we wanted. And the restaurant was closed the next two days so we could not have another dinner. This is a family run hotel. "This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0)."
