"The staff including front desk, housekeeping, servers, and management were excellent in resolving a few issues I had. Very friendly and went out of their way to assist you. I had a sink drainage the first day of arrival. Maintenance was called and they reported it was was fixed. It did not last as the problem stayed the rest of my stay. "When we were at this hotel there was several sports teams. There were about 20 teenagers playing tag throughout the hotel being very disruptive. When telling the front desk all they said was ya we know. Also when our keys were deactivated they didn’t apologize or explain they just reactivated them."
