"chose hotel because of bistro and bar got there it was closed due to lack of staff. Karen was great at taking care of our early check we were attending a mid afternoon funeral and got us checked in by noon."

"Very outdated property, room smelled like smoke and the doors were open to the public with no key pass for entry into the building."

"My room was very clean and the staff were kind. Parking lot was well lit and It was a decent area."

"The only issue was walking back from town is a intense climb."

"Wow! What a gorgeous facility! I was in town for an event and only stayed for one night, but I’m so glad I chose the Inn. I didn’t take advantage of the amenities, but my room, in the Parkview, was large, clean, and so tastefully decorated. The large walk in shower and humongous jetted tub was fabulous! I was also greeted by friendliest young lady at the desk! This was my first stay, but I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!"

"One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful "

"Excellent breakfast."

"We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel."

"Nice stay. The room was a little pricey. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast is good. Clean and quiet."

"best place to stay in ithaca and breakfast is excellent"
