"First time staying here and I had a very pleasant experience"

"Our room was quite disgusting… holes in the walls, dirty chairs, walls and carpet. The outlets were sketchy and the ones in the bathroom didn’t work. Made it difficult to do my hair! Worst thing was the smell since we got put in a smoking room even though I reserved a non-smoking room. We were told that in their system it indicated we had reserved a smoking room and unfortunately they didn’t have any non-smoking rooms left. They said it was the fault of Expedia. I have no idea, but it made for...

"The room was clean. Staff helpful. Parking very accessible. Air conditioning good. They don’t have amenities as far as shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. They have a dispenser on the shower wall that seems like it’s been empty forever. I had to ask the lobby staff for some shampoo that was 2 in 1. The lady there is SUPER helpful. She helped us last time we stayed when a sink got backed up. And this time with our toilet. There’s always an issue with our toilet. They don’t give you toilet paper...

"Al llegar al hotel, me dijeron que no tenía la reservación. Y no me dieron acceso al hotel, estoy esperando la devolución de mi dinero y esperaría una compensación."

"Solo la alfombra principal es vieja por o tanto siempre se ve sucia pero de todo lo demás quede conforme…"

"I stayed at this motel on Friday night, and the condition of the room did not match what was shown in the advertised photos. The room was much smaller and more cramped than expected, with a round table and two chairs positioned directly beside the bed, leaving limited space to move around. Check-in was straightforward, although I was given a TV remote along with my room key card. The TV powered on, but there was no connected device or access to streaming services without bringing your own...

"It worked for what I needed. Thank you"

"Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Close to the freeway and lots of food options."

"This was by far the best LA hotel experience Ive personally had. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean as well. The area has a couple of food options and taco trucks near by as well. If you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend this as a solid budget friendly option."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Citadel Outlets. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but the property itself is quite old and could benefit from some renovations and updates."
