Office attendant was nice. The room was extremely filthy. Stains on everything, hadn't been vacuumed, scum covered shower curtain, dirty rag in the shower.

Older property that shows its age, especially on the exterior stairs, and interior decor; however the staff is very friendly. Comparatively this property is very over priced.

You can’t judge a book by its cover.

The motel is a little older but it is clean and well kept. The staff consist of a small group of family and friends and are very helpful and dedicated to ensuring that their customers feel safe and enjoy their property. We booked the room last minute to cool down from the hot weather in Eugene. We’re glad to have found a safe spot to stop for the night and take in the local culture before heading home.

The room just seems old. It could really use some updating. The shower is barely shoulder width. The window in the bathroom is secured with a hook but there’s a pipe in the way of the window so you really can’t open the window more that an inch. It would have been nice to have a clock in the room. I am not sure the gentleman that checked me in even looked me in the eye while checking me in.

Tiny shower! 6 year old could not spread out arms in shower it’s that small. Room was clean, but building is older so you do hear the people above you. It was perfect for our one night through town!

Best deal on Oregon coast

We needed a motel for the night. Every place was eirher or exhoritant. Then we found this place. Very nice lady at the desk. We stayed for two nights and it was great. All the basics we needed. And half the price of other places. Ait met a real need.

Required $20 cash deposit. Had to go find an ATM. Returned deposit at time of checkout. No air conditioning. Totally basic room and dated. I will NOT stay again.

Friendly staff, easy access to main highway, reasonably-priced. I like that they do not use card keys but use old-school door keys which have fewer problems.

Typical motel, no frills.

Place is right on the highway so a bit noisy. Rooms were renovated, but still old. Shower had way more pressure than needed. There are places to eat witin walking distance.

Probably better places to stay in Reedsport

It was a different experience. The two good features: the beds were comfortable; and the room was clean. The downside: it appears the owner is trying to save money by skimping on things. Bring your own facial tissues!!! We tried for three days to get facial tissues. While we were out the last day, they stuffed a couple of pieces of toilet paper in the empty facial tissue box and put it back in the holder. Like that should suffice. Towels have seen many good years of use and are better at scraping the water off rather than absorbing. No ice machine. Only 1 coffee packet left the last morning for two of us to use. I could go on but running out of space

You Get What You Pay For

As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” In this case, for $70 we got a room that had terribly stain carpet, a painted bathroom floor that was peeling, a shower that was barely 30 inches square, and a fire hazard with multiple appliances and lights plugged into extension cords. The good news, the television worked and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Horrible service and super dirty rooms.

Our family came from the Oregon fires trying to find a place with fresh air to stay. Upon arrival there was rotten food in the fridge and animal hair balls around the room. We let that all go due to enough stress until we found an eyelash extension under towels and another persons hair in the shower. I brought the towel to the front desk and told them about our stay and the man proceeded to ask what i expected him to do and walked away. Super dirty rooms and horrible service.

Overall the the room wasn't too bad except for a sticky substance on the handle of one of the night stands and the top of the dresser. It could have been cleaner residue but it was hard to say. The toilet wobbled when we first got there but they were very quick to fix it when we mentioned it.
