"Lower your expectations if you are staying at Still Water Resort! We were excited, just to be DISAPPOINTED! They do not provide ANY Toiletries so we had to make a run to Walmart as soon as we got there! Horrible customer service! They try to make you sign up for a Sales pitch just to get more money from you and even if you cancel and give them a good notice they take your money regardless!!! They pressure it to! We will never be back! The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable beds. The pools were cold and hot tubs did not work and they were bath tub water. I think next time I come to Branson just go to a nice hotel"
