Other than the Air Conditioner did not work at all, it was a great place to stay.

Ideal place to stay in Banff with plenty of parking. They provide you with a complimentary buss pass so you don’t need to drive anywhere. The bus stop is right outside and takes 5 minutes to downtown. The hot jacuzzi is amazing and the views are amazing. The rooms are spacious as we had 2 queen beds and ample room to walk around- the bathroom was also huge. Asked for an iron and that arrived within minutes !! Can’t get better than that. For anyone visiting Banff, I would definitely recommend hotel canoe.

They upgraded us to a suite possibly because it was our 45th wedding anniversary. Room was quiet. No AC in the bedroom but there was in the living area. They have a pretty cool cave inspired hot tub area, but we were too busy to use it. They comp'd us Roam bus passes, a parking pass, drink coupons, meal discount coupons.
