My only complaint is that when I tried to unplug my phone charger, the outlet sparked and the power in the room went out. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up. The electric finally came back on, but nobody came to remove the lamp. (Charger was in lamp base)

Hotel is fine. Has a pool. Rooms were clean and updated. Tv is a little small but most people don’t spend time in the room anyways. Biggest downfall is no mini fridge in the room. But most casino hotels don’t have one.

I stayed at this Hotel while attending "The Great Beyond" music festival. Excellent staff and service. Would recommend.

This hotel is attached to a casino so there is smoking and that smell is everywhere but wasn’t too bad in the room itself. It was clean, people were friendly. It was nearby to some parks that we were interested in exploring. Great price for the room.

Front desk staff was nice! The bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. Would be nice to have a mini fridge. We enjoyed the casino and not a lot of smokers so we appreciated that. Our room was on 3rd floor so it did not have the stale smoke smell. Overall very satisfied

Close to Dacotah Ridge Golf Course which was important. Rooms are dated and nothing special. Nice to have a Caribou Coffee in hotel for grab and go breakfast. Other restaurant options were just okay.

Although the room was clean and neat. The rooms were very out-dated and the one TV was a 24in TV secured to the wall. Unimpressive rooms, ive stayed at much better for less. Unfortunately their discount rate wasnt available on thier website and the only room available was on expedia for double.

There was only one place to eat. You would have had to wait in crowded lines. I saw no one cleaning the machines. Even though they made announcements encouraging mask wearing and had sanitizers (the pumps didn't dispense automatically), I didn't feel they took Covid seriously. Actions speak louder than words.
