"Pretty basic place, you can tell the owners are struggling and trying to keep costs low. The grass was all dead, there are signs everywhere indicating that there are overcharges if you don’t follow the rules. Felt very budget."

"Good place to stay in Radium. A bit dated but clean overall. Comfortable bed. Good shower water pressure. Pool is cold but once you're it's alright. It's a big hit for our family. We had breakfast at restaurant and that was good too."

"The property was clean, however it was dated and they need fans in the bathrooms as mold was on the ceilings from lack of air flow. The property has No AC and the units were super hot! However the outside amenities more than made up for everything! Great pool and sitting areas to enjoy and BBQ. I would come back again"

"This is definitely a budget motel for a less than budget price. The room was relatively clean but very dated, air conditioner loud and security latch on the door broken. There was a lamp shade strung from the corner of the ceiling to over top of the bed. Check in was at the Apple Tree Inn across the street. The location of the motel was good and within walking distance of restaurants and Main Street of Radium."
