"This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! You have absolutely everything you need and more! The location is perfect, King Street shopping right outside of the hotel, but tucked away in a beautiful alley where the Lowland restaurant (the hotel restaurant) is across the brick paved alley! "The serene and peaceful environment, cordial professional staff, efficient customer service, and quality breakfast options. The only suggestion I would make is the need for grab bars in the shower for safety precautions. Overall, a wonderful experience and I look forward to booking another stay in the near future."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good except for the light shining thru the window above the door all night. It was hard to sleep with a bright light shining into the room."

"Property was very clean and had all the amenities of a hotel but a lot more room. Bed was very comfortable as well which is a rarity in my opinion. Great walking options for dining. Host was excellent with anything we needed! Did not use the pool so cannot comment."

"The staff is above and beyond there! During their happy hour the manager Matthew was so great with his food recommendations. At night I needed some fixings to make a cocktail and one of the women at the front desk got me everything I needed. Even the bell hop/driver Keith was so nice! I can’t get over the service there! "
