"Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!"

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"

"Pros: Close to shops, river, healthy grocery store, coffee shops, Sunday flea market. Clean and felt safe.
Cons: with the butterflies, I expected cozy and artsy, but the unit is sterile, basement-feel. More like a corporate apt.Espresso machine, not coffee maker.
I would choose somewhere else if i returned to Fremont."

"I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

"Plus - spacious rooms, well appointed, lovely photos and furniture. Very comfortable. Minus - Basement! AC closed off, no access to yard, dark space and not as described on the site. Correspondence was slow and unsatisfactory. Overpriced. Also, the Ardvark process was circuitous and not transparent."

Staypineapple, Watertown Hotel, University District Seattle
10/10 Excellent
"Parking was great, as were room amenities and space. My only complaint would be noise. We could hear every step from the people above us. But, is in older building, there isn't much they can do to stop that."
"This is a great hotel in the UDistrict. Super convenient to UW and walkable to campus, U Village, etc. It’s a historic building so there are quirks with that (most notably thin walls) but still lovely and the staff is top notch. Plus the Mountaineering Club is awesome. Would be nice if it had a seating area for under 21, even if just before a certain time. "
