"The staff I met on location were average. They only came out if necessary, and minimal conversation took place. I spoke with somebody on the phone a week prior, who helped me greatly with a delayed plane situation. From my experience, he is the star employee. The restroom sink handle bumped into the mirror. The mirror had to give a little to turn the water on. The LED lighting around the bathroom mirror was flickering and not working properly. The shower had medium pressure. For the price, however, this was a good deal and met all of my needs. The room was spacious and clean enough. It had the amenities I needed. I probably wouldn't get ice out of the machine that was on my floor though. Overall good for the price. A decent Mexican restaurant down the street. We walked it, but some may wish to drive. Denny's (if I recall) was very close."

"The night staff at this location was friendly. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe. The condition of the hotel was good. We did have some issues in our room. There were hairs inside and by the tub. One of the beds had dirt under the pillow. The coffee table was smeared with something clear. Last but not least, there was chip crumbs in between the beds on the carpet. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this room. "

"Conveniently located to the Austin airport. Beds were decently comfortable albeit noisy because they were on springs. Breakfast was okay, fitness room was almost non existent. Things were clean and it was relatively quiet. Desk staff were friendly."
