"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. "There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met.
