"We had a truly lovely stay at Dukes. The staff were exceptionally hospitable – warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shout-out to Skomante, Jordan, and Jay, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and outstanding service. "A lovely stay in a lovely boutique hotel, the staff were all excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Special mentions to Wayne and Beau who both went above and beyond from parking our car to loading our luggage from car to room and back andshowing us the many delights (and rooms) the hotel has to offer. We intend to be back with some close relatives later this year."

"Karina is an awesome host. We had payment issues and she was very patient and tolerant with us. The suite is very cozy and warm and even though it's on the lowest floor it's very bright and cheery. Walking distance to central Bath. We will stay here again next time we're here."

"It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath."

"We received a warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival, and were given a full run down of our room and the amenities. The honestly bar is a great idea and although we didn’t use it, it was good to know it was there. Breakfast was perfect, lovey, high quality produce all served by friendly staff. City centre was a 10-15 minute stroll and easily accessible. A lovely stay would definitely return. "

"Hótelið er mjög vel staðsett og yfirleitt í svona 4 til 8 mín göngufjarðlægð frá öllum helstu veitingastöðum, þjónustu og öðru áhugaverðu í borginni. Starfsfólkið lagði sig fram um að sinna sínu starfi, var vingjarnlegt og þjónustulipurt. Herbergið var rúmgott með queen bed og svona hálfgerðum bekk sem hægt var að nota undir dót. Baðherbergið var með góðri sturtu og ágætu plássi undir dót. Eina sem ég saknaði voru skúffur undir föt en það var ein sem var notuð undir hárblásara og ég tók hann upp...

"In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"Perfect location ten minutes away to the Abbey church. Stayed for 3 nights and slept well. Woke up from the smell of delicious breakfast. Very beautiful English townhouse so no lift. Highly recommend! "

"The Black Fox was a great spot conveniently located near all of the attractions that Bath had to offer in walking distance. There was also an amazing bar restaurant in the lobby that made meals so easy. Loved it."
