Experiência terrível.

Quando chegamos na pousada, nem recepcionista tinha para nos receber. Ficamos mais de 2 horas esperando alguém aparecer para nos atender. Já começou errado. Quando chegou o recepcionista, um senhor ranzinza, que nem olhava em nossa cara direito para nos atender. O chuveiro não funcionava morno e quente. Mandei mensagem no ZAP do recepcionista que visualizou e nem teve o trabalho de responder. Enfim, experiência terrível nesta pousada. Não indico para ninguém. Ah outro detalhe... Café da manhã fraco demais, não tem estacionamento, e tudo na pousada é no regime militar, cheio de regras horários e tal sem nenhuma flexibilidade.

Tudo muito limpo. Atendimento muito bom. O ruim foi o café da manhã, que nao é bom. Muita fila, colocam poucas coisas no buffe e ficam repondo aos poucos, nao tem variedade e o buffe fixa sem nada as vezes. No restante foi bom, cama muito boa.

Bom café da manhã. E o atendimento das funcionárias é excelente. Boa localização.Porem as condições dos quartos é precária. Teto com buracos. Mal cheiro. Agua do banheiro parece barro. Ate pra Escovar os dentes precisava ser com agua de garrafa porque da pia era sem condições. Paguei pelo quarto luxo que era tecnicamente pra ser maior mas foi dado um quarto que so cabia a cama e as malas. Na recepção foi dito que era aquele mesmo. Ou seja mais de 500 reais gastos pra nada.

Decepcionante

A pousada precisa melhorar a estrutura para receber melhor os hóspedes. O quarto é muito pequeno, o banheiro é terrível, a água do chuveiro é bem fraca, assim como a descarga. O corredor tinha um cheiro ruim e forte que entrava no quarto. Os hóspedes precisam subir escadas com as malas pesadas e não tem funcionário para ajudar. A piscina é uma banheira e estava com vazamento. Não tem estacionamento. O café da manhã é razoável pois não tem muitas opções de escolha, mas o que é disponibilizado é bom. O ar-condicionado e o frigobar funcionam perfeitamente, a localização é boa e o atendimento do funcionário César é muito bom.

Quarto muito pequeno parece um corredor, se encostar a cama na parede nao abre a porta, muito desconforto, água da pia parece barro. Cafe da manhã é péssimo não tem nem opções. Ovo cru , a piscina parece um mini tanque. So cabe criança dentro. Muito distantes também da praia, nao recomendo!!!

Excelente, uma hospitalidade incrível, muito atencioso, simpático e educado o anfitrião. Todos os colaboradores muito simpáticos e atenciosos, o café da manhã muito bom com várias opções. A piscina é pequena, mas é boa e atendeu minha necessidade e de minha família. Hotel aconchegante, estão todos de parabéns.
