"We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old. "
"Loved this motel as rooms all on the ground floor. Roo.s have been refurbished clean & modern. Walk in shower, coffee pod machine, microwave etc.
Staff greet you with friendliness & very helpful.
Lovely pool area also. Motel just has a lovely feel to it. Also massage therapist on site. "
"I was misled, your site listed free parking with the booking, however this was not the case. i had to pay $20.00 for parking. if i had of known this i would have booked at another hotel "
"The ease of check-in, our room was available earlier which was excellent as I had my 96 yr old Mother with me!
Things were very accessible, room close to the lifts! Had a disabled car sticker & was able to park the car right near the lift! Lovely room with beach view. 17 floors up & it was quiet enough for sleeping! 11.00am check out is excellent
Staff all very polite.
Would return again, but perhaps a walk in shower would be so much easier! "
