"Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel....

"We really appreciated that they upgraded us to a king tent. We had booked 2 twins but she upgraded us to a king tent for no charge. We are in our 70s so we appreciated it so much as my husband is tall and we were much more comfortable and kept warm better as it went down to 45 degrees. Nice experience!!! First time ever. "

"We stayed here for one night, and the owner was very lovely. They welcomed us wonderfully, even though we arrived quite late. The main problem we found is that there are no towels provided, so you have to bring your own. The tents are quite close to each other, and the ground is pretty uneven/stumbly (or bumpy), so make sure not to wear anything pointy. The tents are not soundproof, so if you talk inside or walk outside your tent, your neighbors will hear it. The neighbor next to us was...

"This was their first weekend open, so I must give them some slack. The weather got down to 35 degrees every night, and we froze, FROZE!! The fireplaces barely heat 10 feet around the stove, and the wood burns out in 90 minutes, so unless you do are willing to get up all night long, it is impossible to consider this as a heat source. Plus, our tent filled up with smoke because the wind was blowing down the stove vent. There is a swivel on top, but they were rusted and not swiveling, thus...

"The only thing I would change is that they need to have a sign out front the property so you know which one of the buildings it is and maybe the check-in process should be cleaner. Coming in a little later. It was a little confusing and it's not very convenient if you're going in and out at all hours. But the price was awesome and it was cleaned friendly. "I stayed here with my family on two nights in two different rooms. One the first night, we had no hot water prob because there were too many people showering. Also there was water dripping down on me as I was sitting on the toilet which was really gross. We were on the first floor and we just heard nonstop footsteps for pretty much the whole night bc people had left early to travel and that was how bad the noise cancellation was at this property. "We only spent 1 night here before going to Yellowstone. We woke up to no water in the hotel. So no toilets, showers or faucets worked. There was a note on the door telling us the water was out & to talk to the front desk for any concerns. The access was disabled by them, I’m sure they didn’t want to talk to anyone & the front door was locked. We had planned on breakfast here, but with no water, that wasn’t possible.
