We apologize to the customer for the inconvenience. The room for three people will be a 5-and-a-half foot bed for two people and another 3-and-a-half foot bed for one person. As for the receptionist, the communication is not very fluent so we have to use language translation programs. I apologize once again for the inconveniences.

Dear Christopher, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your stay at our resort. We agree with you that this beach doesn't have good public transportation as other developed beaches. There are also not many people who can speak English on this beach, but we'll train our staff to be more than willing to try their best to communicate with you and provide the best service. As for your reservation, breakfast wasn't included in that rate, but we gave you breakfast anyway so we're very sorry to hear that you didn't like it. We'll improve our breakfast menu as soon as possible as we have a plan to open a restaurant, a bar along with a swimming pool.
