"Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the lovely Sean who chatted to us for a while before giving us our keys. We were already blown away by the property even before getting to our room. Our room was lovely and clean, with views of the patio and lake. My grandson was amazed at seeing such a great shower and he couldn't wait to try it out! The only problem we had was that the toilet seat kept loosening itself every time it was in use. I tightened it up many times but dudn't mention it to reception staff until the morning of our departure, owing to my grandson not wanting to be disturbed following his super long journey from Florida to Oklahoma and then onto Stoney Creek with us. All in all, we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Although the bar did appetisers, the only meal we partook in was breakfast - the choices were varied and more than sufficient for our needs. Any queries we had were dealt with by the super friendly and helpful staff which was appreciated by us all."

"I had stayed there with my family over the weekend. And the house keeping is above and beyond. They had even adjusted my 5 year olds stuffed animals and toys to a cool arrangement. Very nice place to stay."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The historical building (former Pabst warehouse and distribution center) leans heavily on its roots offering unique rooms where the architecture and associated attention to detail captures one’s interest – not your average hotel room! The rooftop bar is a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. The lobby bar offers comfortable seating with pool table and shuffleboard available for guests to enjoy some friendly competition. A large pizza oven offering bar snacks is available. It looked fantastic, but we did not have an opportunity to try any of the offerings. Valet parking is available, but we took advantage of the self-parking option a short walk down the street. The hotel is well positioned to take advantage of Union Station and local attractions. The free trolly line is a short walk providing easy access to downtown, museums and plaza. Last, but not least, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. On your next visit to KC, give the Crossroads Hotel. We think you will enjoy it."
