"I have informed my last minute cancellation thru the email Hotel.com, due to unavaillabilitya of a non smoking room. They showed me the smoking room and the room was unhealthy, the bed has alot yellowish spot, the bathroom looks an old bathroom. I was very dissapointed and tired. Now, I am waiting from Hotel.com. of my cancellatiion at Puri Jaya Hotel. "
