Double booked and told me to go some where else

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL Double booked. They charged me extra for Spa room - then when i arrived said it had been broken for months and they double booked any way. Just a scam for more money. Very poor tourism for un caring operator in Thailand. My advice is do not stay at this hotel

I thank you for your evaluation, after having found a different sitemazione to have given back behind the money she has canceled the payment and made a bad comment she and a real rude and I hope to never meet her again or I will have to pay a salty account!
