"This hotel does NOT operate a shuttle to the airport despite advertising it. The front desk staff member was unapologetic about it and didn’t offer options for alternative transport. The washrooms in the lobby and restaurant area were completely closed for refurbishment which meant you had to use the bathroom in your own room - not ideal. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet plentiful and fresh. Rooms are a very good size and well equipped with good quality...

"I stayed here for one night while waiting for my flight back Los Angeles. The experience was excellent and the cost was much less than other hotels around the airport. I took the shuttle to the airport. It was on time and went very well."

Ich habe nachträglich auch geschrieben und angerufen, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich finde es sehr sehr schlimm, unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Auch Expedia hat nicht weiter geholfen."
