"When I entered my room, I found that the sink was half full of water and not draining. I didn't have a chance to see if it could get addressed as it was very late in the evening and I needed to sleep. The room was also pretty cold from the AC, which wasn't easy to adjust (pretty ancient unit with a colder/warmer knob, not temperature setting). Other than that, bed was comfortable and I got my night's sleep and got back on the road."

"When I arrived at the property, the staff member was helpful. He accommodated me to a room that was clean, and with an easy access for my small dog to the back yard. The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was low. It was hard to sit on it without losing my balance. The flush looks like it's about to overflow. The fridge under the sink looks like an in-house safe."

"They gave us a room at 4 PM. The sheets had hair on them. There was weird smell mold in the bathroom underneath the ledges of the details in the bathtub with five squares of toilet paper went back down to the office about two hours later no one was there tried calling zero multiple times to get toilet paper finally gave up and went to the store to buy some. The pool was very murky and foggy and had a very weird smell. Would not stay here again."

"Property was not worth 100 bucks a night stains on the carpet burns in the carpet pieces of sheet rock missing on the walls. The bedding was clean and it was a functional room."

"Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport."
