"The customer service here has truly leveled up. I do have two quick, constructive suggestions to make this great place even better:
• Housekeeping: Needs a bit more attention to detail. Recently, my room felt lightly tidied (like folding my blanket) rather than actually cleaned, and stray tissues on the floor were missed.

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"The room was spotless and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, towels were so white and soft, there’s everything we needed for our stay, the staff were courteous and friendly, breakfast was simple but satisfying, perfect location and the charging station on site was a plus for our electric vehicle. We’ll return for sure.
