Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter. "

The location was excellent in the heart of Lake Bohinj territory (easy day trip to Bled from there) with so much beauty and things to explore within walking/biking distance. The hotel itself was impeccable...from the friendly and helpful wait staff, gorgeously furnished rooms, fantastic restaurant and bar with wonderful food and desserts, a great spa with excellent services to choose from, and very thoughtful and eco conscious design. "Zunächst, der Gasthof und das Zimmer sind wirklich gut. Die Besitzerin sehr nett. Preis ist erschwinglich. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist aber das Restaurant schon seit Jahren geschlossen, Frühstück gibt es auch keins. Das war leider weder auf Expedia noch auf der Webseite zu erkennen. Dennoch netter kurzer Aufenthalt, in Laufnähe ist ein anderer Gasthof wo man Essen konnte."

"Well-maintained property close to Lake Bohinj and the TIC, and all the activities around the lake in Ribčev Laz. Also walkable to the cafés and restaurants in the vicinity if you don’t have a car. The hotel provides a good breakfast that is included in the room plan. Will definitely return and stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."

"This is a beautiful hotel, I highly recommend staying here. The decor in all of the common areas such as the lobby and the breakfast rooms, as well as the private hotel rooms, are wonderful! The views from the back patio are spectacular! The staff/hosts are so friendly. Wonderful experience!"
