"We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel amenities and pool while we awaited check-in. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices and very tasty. Also, this hotel is one of the nicest smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Phayathai station which was convenient to airport rail link and the sky train. However, we did struggle to find nice restaurants...

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
