"Una auténtica decepción. Muy lejos de lo que se espera de un cinco estrellas Nuestra experiencia ha sido francamente mala. Después de alojarnos en un hotel de cinco estrellas, esperábamos unos estándares de calidad, limpieza, mantenimiento y comodidad acordes con la categoría. Lamentablemente, no fue así en prácticamente ningún aspecto. El hotel es un auténtico laberinto. La distribución es tan complicada que desplazarse desde la habitación hasta zonas como el desayuno o la piscina climatizada...

"Prachtige kamer met fantastisch uitzicht. Schoon en redelijk goed onderhouden. In badkamer wel veel schimmel op de kitranden en de boxspring van het bed zag er versleten uit aan voeteneind. Geen luxe bedjes bij zwembad wat ik wel bij zo’n hotel vind passen."

"It's a 5 star hotel and it shows. It is large, has plenty of amenities and resources for the guests. A few restaurants and a bar (admittedly we didn't get to try any). The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and comforting on the hot days we had. The hotel room was very spacious. And the bathroom was larger than I'm used to. We'd been in other hotels durong our Portugal trip that were quite small, so this was a welcome change. Overall we loved this hotel. I saw other reviews mention the hotel...

"Nice hotel with convenient distance (walkable, about 10-15 minutes walk to the town) to Silves. Our favorite things here are the huge car park and swimming pool. WiFi only available in lobby area and breakfast is ok."

"An exceptional property in every respect. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with high-quality amenities throughout. The gardens and pool areas are stunning, the views are spectacular, and the quality of the food across the variety of restaurants on the property is excellent. Overall, the vast majority of the staff were also outstanding — warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. "This hotel is incredible. We didn't mind at all that it wasn't renovated. It was part of the charm. It was very clean. The breakfast was good, the staff was so nice. The pool is outstanding. The staff kindly gave us a balcony room on the end on the first floor which was sooo lovely. However, the only thing that would make me rethink staying here are the beds. They are hard. I read this before staying and thought it was an exaggeration. However, it is not. Also, the AC was loud at higher...

"We came back for more at this fantastic hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities amazing, including gorgeous outdoor pool. There’s a lovely indoor pool and sauna too but it was too hot outside to use this. Breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, bread, and a wide variety on the menu (egg Benedict is amazing!). There’s dressing gowns in the room, pool/beach towels and a lovey bag to take home at the end. Simple but well priced and delicious dinner options too, for those who don’t want to...
