If you want to rest in this place then you made the wrong choice. This place is so noisy until at least 4:00am. So if you want to stay there for a short nap after 4:00am may be ok.

This is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited in my life. First of all the hotel was far away from the address so we spent one fully paid night just to look for the hotel. It was no nearby the address given on hotels.com. We just arrived from abu dhabi and drove all the way to that hotel maybe 2.3 hours just to spend another 2.3 hours looking for the hotel. When we finally found it a receptionist named Prasant was in the receptionist and he did not seem interested at all what we told him. He blamed anything else except the hotel. It is the hotel that is supposed to put the right address and update and have control over that but instead he blamed hotels.com. So he did not give us any sort of discount our make up for it. Second of all shower water was ice cold. We couldn’t shower since there was no hot water. We told them but they didn’t seem interested about it. Im gonna contact the tourist agency and hotels.com for this bad hotel.

It was a failed experience. The hotel does not deserve to be included in the Hotel Expedia group of hotels. The inconvenience all night because of the disco. The room is not clean and smells bad. The room furniture is not suitable. There is no water heater for making coffee. Exaggerated and finally no towels, no pocket fence and soap in the bathroom

I like the place and hotel ,,,

Hotel is nice , néw , clean but service zero except one housekeeping guy and receptionist (MSPhilippine ) sorry forgot the name are good . In side room bed lamp was not working, hair dryer was not working, ac power supply was not there when I checked in ,after requesting Hk guys turn it on ,, TV sensor not working, if u sleep on bed wants operate remote it’s difficult bcz there pink color they put on on tv screen bcz of that it’s not easy to operate , two bed but there was one cushion one bed , it was double occupancy but only one one set was available bath room supply and there was no tea coffee supply after asking they provided,, bed lamp so close to the bed , if you move your hand it will hurt you, it need to little far from bed not so close ,, Maintain team need to check before release the room for the guest since it’s a new hotel for your reputation they must go through the details and release the rooms . Management team need to be more proactive towards guest service.
