"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. "My wife and i had a wonderfull stay at the Maison Ziri hotel. The staff were very friendly, form the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was delicious, with a different selection very day. A special shoutout to the gentlemens at the reception, they were fantastic. The owner was also incredibly helpful. "The house was very well furnished and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the Air conditioning in the main area and one of the rooms were not operational. I expressed my concern to the staff, but they said that it will eventually work once we let it run for few hours. We went to visit the town and when we came back, the house was very hot and the room was boiling. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just the AC issue that kinda ruined the experience. "It was such a beautiful location, I miss it! The room was larger than I expected, and bathroom was spacious and clean. The building and entire space was beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten. I would love to go back and stay again!"

"The Hotel itself is super nice and pretty well located. Quiet, nice breakfast, very nice interior, big rooms. You don’t hear anything from the outside. The air conditioning is great, necessary, and it works well. The staff is great and super helpful. You are south of old town but nothing is really far away. Plus we enjoyed the walk.
