"The lobby space was beautiful and the hotel's massive area was fun to explore. I do wish they had complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant inside was convenient. "

"The room was clean but worn, with broken bathroom tiles, a toilet that moved so much I almost took offense, and flattened carpet. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the blankets were thin, but there were plenty of pillows. The staff was friendly, which was a plus! "

"Room was not what we expected after reading ratings. Bathroom shower was awful. Two different tiles on the floor and bathtub had brown moldy looking caulking. Everything except countertop was very outdated. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Sheer curtains over the window actually were tearing had holes in them."

"I have stayed at the Grander twice this year and I would love to get back there again! We were in town to purchase furniture for a new home at Furniture Land South, and staying at the Grandover made the trip so much more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are great including several places to eat, a gorgeous golf course, both indoor and outdoor pool, and a terrific singer in the bar in the evening. The included breakfast was outstanding too!"

"Shockingly bad. My expectations were very low and they managed to do far worse than I could have imagined. 3 night stay, television did not work after checkin. Notified desk and they made no attempts to rectify the situation. Simply said too bad can't fix it. The bed cover had multiple cigarette burns and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase pillows and sheets from walmart. Entering the hallway you are faced with a wall of cigarette and marijuana smoke. To each their own but as a non smoker in a hotel with signs promoting no smoking, it made for a very poor experience. The elevator broke on the 2nd day of the stay which made staying on the 3rd floor very difficult as I had numerous work bags to carry up and down from the room. Again the staff made no attempts to fix or remedy any of the situations. It is unfortunate because the hotel has been recently renovated but their customer service is what needs the most renovation!"
